PAYMENTS:

PREPAID - Orders can be prepaid using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, bank card (debt/credit) or any other acceptable credit card.

SHIPPING:

All prices are net and do not include shipping. Shipping & Handling charges will be added on to every invoice.


We try to ship all in-stock orders within 5 Business Days, but cannot guarantee it during peak times, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc. If shipped within 5 business days, allow up to 10-14 business days for U.S. delivery on UPS ground orders.


All orders in the Continental USA will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If you would like faster shipping, 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available for an additional charge. You must request this faster service.


All international orders will be shipped in the most economical manner, usually via US Mail Airmail Parcel Service.Please allow extra time for delivery.

RETURNS:

Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects within five (5) days of receipt of goods. All returns must be in unused condition - not used, tried on, worn, displayed or taken to any other location for resale. No exchanges for size or color as we do not sell for your own personal use. All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND THAT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Any returns will be credited only for merchandise, not any shipping charge that was incurred and must be returned in the same condition and in the original wrappings as shipped by us.
